I liked Harriet Jones, and I thought she did what she had to do in Christmas Invasion by blowing up the Sycorax spaceship. The Doctor was acting a bit too rashly, IMO, and it's a bit satisfying to know that now his recklessness has come back to haunt him. I really hope RTD and co would address this...
