Why is it that every time I look at my LJ friends page, a dialog box pops up telling me that bl-libg-doghill.ads.iu.edu wants me to log in?

If the tax burden here in Mass. hovers around 10% (just below the national average) and has a ranking that hovers around 23rd in the nation, why does my dad like to claim over and over that I pay some of the highest taxes in the whole country?
