I wonder if Baylee could have picked it up while the Boys were in Asia... The article said it was most common in Japanese/Korean children.

I don't think Kawasaki's is infectious...in any case, he only started showing symptoms in October, and the Boys were in Japan in February. And I don't think Baylee was there with them.
