Congrats on getting your painting done! Wish ours was... feel like driving east for like 10 hours and painting? Yeah, didn't think so! Nothing like being a weekend home remodeler. Fun, fun, fun. It will definitely pay off when you get ready to sell. :o)

I am hoping it pays off, these darn manufactured homes depreciate like no tomorrow. I bought this after 2 seperate scary neighbor incidences in the same apartment building because I wanted to have my own seperate entrance and no hollering fools above, below or across from me. Boy was that a mistake, but I couldn't afford a "real" house at the time...

In the spring we are gonna tear out all the landscaping and redo it. My interior designer friend and I are going to draw up some plans. Art is art, right? LOL

Art is art, regardless if it is the wall or you are hanging it on the wall. :O) At least you are making the most of your surroundings. Have to be proud of that. So, it's a pre-fab, still better than throwing your money out the window on rent. We spent so many years giving someone else our money. I hated that. Besides, at least you didn't go out and way overspend on something you couldn't really afford and get yourself into a huge mess right? I don't think it's ever a waste to put some money into the place. You'll enjoy it more if nothing else. Besides, a little change is always good :O)
