HBO has announced that Sookie, Bill, Eric and Co. will return June 16.

One of the notable new players that’s expected to join True Blood this summer is Rutger Hauer, who will play a sinister dude named Macklyn media: ew.com/entertainment weekly, news: season six

Although I am confused about Rutger Hauer's character. I thought he was going to play Niall or is Macklyn one and the same?

I'm so...conflicted. Last season was really too whacked out for me. But I do want to see what is going to happen to Bill. I could care less about Sookie. I hate that Bill is the bad guy. I feel so sorry for Jessica. I love Pam/Tara. Kinda interested in who this Marlo character is going to be, but it seems so half assed. The writing has really gone down hill since the first three seasons.
