I keep wondering (based on pure spec, not any knowledge) if Bill is still in cohoots with Eric here in these shots and he and Eric have figured out some way to kill or neutralize the Queen so she can't get to Sookie...

*sigh* I have never read the books so I don't know what happens but man.... Bill disappoints me more and more.... I hope he isn't in cahoots with Sophie....

I think he pretty much is from the hints on the show (Eric called him on it episode 10 but didn't get conformation and said he'll find out for himself), Sookie crying in the promo, and having read the books.
