*thinks* Question...How are they going to get the proof and prove that it happens? Seriously, the internet doesn't have cyberpolice watching it twenty for seven except for China but that's communism.
I mean look at the Craigslist killer; Craigslist is giving the 505 a hard time giving up the proof and information from their website.
Even if they do pass this new law and try to bust people for it, where are they going to get the man power? In my county, the police force for the main city are already losing tons and tons of police men and women due to cutting their retirement benefits, health benefits, and pay. Besides, it goes against the first amendment of freedom of speech and it would be truly hard to enforce this type of law.
Why are all the crazy nuts in Congress have to be from California?! ~_~
