Grody! I've been working at the same job for 6+ years and have yet to encounter one old man who didn't treat me with (at worst) hostile misogyny or (at best) leering misogyny I'm supposed to take as a compliment. What gives?!

I'm not sure what IT is. Unfortunately, my way of dealing with most of the situations is to force a smile and walk off. Honestly, most of the time I'm so caught off guard, I have no idea what to do. BUH. Any suggestions?
