It's probably 800 sq. ft if that. Seriously. My friend just bought one in the same area for that price.. 1 bedroom. It's disgusting but hey if people have money..

They had some good video on Canada Now this week about real estate in Canada. They also compared what you can buy for $500,000 across Canada. A 1500sq ft 2 bedroom bungalow in Vancouver, a 3600sq ft luxury home in Regina, a 7 bedroom victorian in Ottawa and a gorgeous relatively new home on the water in Halifax.

Ya mon.. it was a 2 bedroom, 800 SQ Ft condo - it was NICE - but $450,000 is pricey - and they bought it before it was built so basically sight unseen - I found out that they purchased it a couple years ago for about $225,000 and it's gone UP to $450,000 in market value since then.. out of control !!

450? how large? how many bedrooms? come to san diego and u can get a NICE 2 bedroom condo downtown for a cool mil! LOL way too much $$
