Isn't it sad!! :( I will find out more tomorrow or tuesday about the rest of his condition. Im just glad he's got a nice place to stay, the last week was SO cold here!! When we had him in the jeep to take him back to town he layed there and it was as if he was thinking, "ahh finally a decent place to sleep" and didn't want to move :(

I'm hoping he'll be ok....

I'm glad we came across him too, I doubt he would have made it much longer unless he found a farm to hang out at that would have fed and sheltered him.

I know, people big time suck! I'm so happy we found him though. It was totally fate. We brought the jeep (with the inside back "dog" area, where as the truck is a reg cab with no back area), we didn't bring Tig - the people we were house sitting's dog - and we were going to go the night before but Matt had 3 cows getting ready to calve and since we had Tig with us at home, we decided to go out in the morning..... totally fate I think :)

Wow, what a trooper to even stay ALIVE in the last few weeks! Poor fella. I'm so glad you found him and he'll have a chance to recover now! Hopefully his health issues are temporary.

I know eh!! It almost makes me wonder when he was "put" out there (if he was)/how long he was out there. He had no signs of frost bite but is stupidly emaciated. You'd think that if he'd been outside the last few weeks he would sure have some frost bite, it was darn cold??!!

I'll hopefully find out today, but tomorrow for sure about his condition, I'm hoping the upper resp issue isn't serious and with a bunch of groceries and a nice foster home, he'll be A OK :)
