HP: Solution to the Blood Quill

I just thought of a solution to Umbridge's usage of the Blood Quill. STEAL IT, then IMMEDIATELY destroy it. True, it won't be usable as evidence against her, but she won't have it anymore. She also can't complain because then she'd have to explain why she had it at the school. (Even if it's a "contract quill" rather than an outright torture
