Thanks. :) Strangely, I've never written much about Gaeta on New Caprica. It's probably something I should explore a little more. It's time I find some new things to write about or I'll start losing interest in BSG, which would be a shame.

For such a small drabble, you managed to convey the discombobulation and panic in Gaeta's viewpoint really well as he runs back to his tent. The rain is a nice touch too, since it helps give the very short piece all sorts of appropriate symbolic material like tragedy, sadness, rebirth/redemption.

A very convincing snapshot of a Felix Resistance moment on New Caprica. Poor Felix. He had no idea that this was only the beginning...

I'd have been perfectly capable of setting the same drabble on a warm sunny day, but New Caprica didn't go along. ;) I prefer the contrasts usually, though.

Oh my god now I want more of this. The title is so appropriate- it's just a glimpse, and it's kind of not enough. I love it.
