Normally I don't read Gaeta pairings I'm not into but this was very enjoyable, hooked me in right away. I love how concerned Brendan is, Felix needs someone like that so badly. :D

A very good read. I'll have to check out the other parts now. *grin*

LOL. Why didn't you just read the first one first?

I'm very glad you're reading it although it's not your pairing! And liking it, too! Hee. I'm proud. Thanks for commenting. :)

Like I said, I just clicked on it on a whim (I didn't expect to stick all the way through - not because of the quality of the writing, but because I really don't read Gaeta pairings outside of my usual - just ask Rap. I love her to death but I won't touch her Gaeta/Kara with a ten-foot pole) so I didn't notice what part it was until later.)

So, yeah, that's a compliment. LOL.

Neat! :)

You could convert to Hot Dog/Gaeta though. This is my second fic with the pairing already, and I know millari, who has written Gaeta/Baltar/Hot Dog before, is very fond of the pairing, too. Amongst the three of us, we could almost rival the Baltar/Gaeta shippers. :D

Dude, this was even better than getting a webisode today. (Seriously. Much meatier. And no stalker8.)

I loved this beyond loving it. Just the right balance of angst and funny (I was dying during Hot Dog reading the sex list. Oh. My. God.), and hope coupled with total gray despair ( ... )

Thanks! So glad you like it!

I love this incarnation of Hot Dog myself. He was so much fun to write. When I was stuck with a scene, I just had to figure out which tactless and inappropriate thing Brendan could say this time to make it work.

Also, thanks for the nice long comment. :)

Like Ingrid, I tend to be fairly uninterested in pairings I'm not into, but I generally click out of curiosity anyway (one can always stop reading)....but this was so absorbing, I just kept reading! (And it really wasn't centered so much on the pairing.) I hope that Felix can recover from his dark place. I definitely see it taking a while, but with the help of those who care about him...

My Dee would have hugged him in the head instead of running to get Hot Dog though ;-)

It's so great that you like it although you don't care about the pairing! I'll write/read Gaeta with everybody and their sister, but of course, it's different if you're interested in specific pairings.

With Dee, I think both is equally likely. I just pick whatever benefits my story. :)

Oh man, visitors came over JUST as I got to the last night with the card game and everything and I've been dying to finish this story all afternoon! And that is because it was just wonderful. :D I've been dying for more long, meaty relationship fic and *wriggles* this totally hit the spot. For one thing, I've always had a big soft spot for Hot Dog, and so the idea of the pairing was v. exciting, and then you developed his character and relationship with Felix so well. I -- okay Hoshi seems like a nice guy and obviously he cares about Felix which is good, but -- in my secret heart of hearts, I'd rather have this ( ... )

Very true! It's a good cause, making Gaeta happy. Everybody should do it.

Heh. That's quite something to look forward to (for me, at least. For you, too, I hope). I hope it's really good hot chocolate! :)
