Aw, thanks! :) I'm starting to get a feel for Casey. It's fun.

This was perfect. This is what I always want from a Chuck/Casey fanfic but very rarely get to actually read. THANK YOU :)

He wondered if the agent even knew that he cared about the asset.

I so love how the previous paragraphs demonstrate that! Casey really has changed without changing (if you know what I mean.) And you are so in tune with his character.

Thanks. :) Casey is a fun character, but so hard to write. Or so I find. Because he'd tell himself one thing, then do another.

Uhm, to be honest, I have no idea. Next year? I know we've got season one on DVD. Me, I watched the finale by alternative means. ;)

Well, my real curiosity was when *you* would see the finale, so that works. I kept thinking "this is going to make trovia squee!" Did you not love that episode?!

Hee! I so loved the episode. I was so pleased to finally see Baldwin approach Casey in a way that's not comic relief. (I love Casey the comic relief just fine - I was just worried the character would run out of interesting things to do at some point if he kept that up. He was funny even when he was jobless)

I like your icon. ;)

This is so good! I love the way you've used this device of employing the outsider to view a well-known character from a different angle ( ... )

I'm a sucker for outsider POV fic, if it's done right (which means, if it's still all about the canon characters, not about the outsider, who I don't care about). I used to write it all the time in the HP fandom. But then again, I wrote you outside POV fic about Gaeta, so I've probably told you all this before. ;)

It's so interesting how you make Chuck the focal point of the conversation and yet not at all the focal point of the fic, despite the fact that Casey and the doctor keep talking about him.I hear that shrinks always make everything about you, even if you aren't talking about yourself. :D I had to do a website check for a psychologist one time and he was all, "The complexity of your answer shows that at least, my website has managed to raise your interest" (which prompted me to say, "All the complexity of my answer shows that I'm good at my job. I'd rather be surfing website on vacation spots right now ( ... )

Really enjoyed this different perspective on everything... and is it any wonder Casey doesn't talk about himself at all? I love it when you guys go and write the missing scenes... sometimes they are so needed! Great job. :)

Oh, I noticed your comment just now, as I didn't get a notification. Thank you very much. :) I don't write a lot of missing scenes, but this one was really fun.
