Crossposted half of these on tumblr but not the other half, used shiny new Johanna icon just because I could. All from the Spin Control 'verse. Apologies if my writing should sometimes sound just as clogged as my nose feels, since I still have the cold of doom that might actually be the flu in disguise.

I greatly enjoyed all of these. I thought the Gale one would be my favorite, but it turns out it's the D2 one. Love the marketing strategy. It works.

Hah. I knew you would say that. :p There are some things I'm considering putting into the 74th Games chapters, who knows if I won't find a way of working it in after all. (I have a VERY VAGUE idea that Lyra should make an appearance but I have no idea where or how to pull that off)

Mags. Mags also thinks it's best to let them all think she's wise. Having just rewatched Thor half an hour ago, I sort of really want her to meet Odin right now.

I had so much fun with the marketing thing because, well, working in marketing and unable to resist the chance to use the words "click rates analysis" in a fic. And very amused that the badass Two victors have a marketing department doing the real world in their backs. It's so messed up.

Awww Haymitch. I always want to hug him so much. He'd be so great at hugs but even more he deserves to get them. From everybody.

Gale is totally recognizing that he and Finnick have things in common - their anger, but also they both have this calculating streak and a desire to take action. Rest of it, no comment. :D

Dude, you have no idea how much I love anything to do with Finnick and Gale together, in any universe, in any situation. It's just fascinating to think about their interactions. And I loved this! You've nailed Gale's character, and I love how he's already feeling a connection to Finn. <3

Yesyesyes! I'm having so so much fun writing them in "Spin Control" because they have so many interesting things in common. I look at Finnick as a little more calculating as fandom tends to, and Gale has the amount of determination and fire that is really necessary to bring about any kind of social change. That is something that Finnick develops in that universe, too. I'm so happy that I'm not the only one who's seeing this, it's become one of my favorite things to write in that story.
