Well, I apologize for the lengthy hiatus, but I have finally returned to "Ancestress", my tale of the "Took Fairy Wife" and Frodo's and Bilbo's meeting with her in the West. I hope very much not to get so far behind again!

It was a pleasant and warm feeling to realise that, yes, he had accomplished something worthwhile even though he had not done it in the way he had imagined it ought to be done.

FINALLY! Coming to that realization is an accomplishment in itself. He is well and truly healed.

What a sweet memory! And I adore Adamanta's pride in her descendants.

He's well on the way, anyhow! But that particular bit of nastiness is definitely a thing of the past!

Goodness! Frodo really takes after Great-grandmother, doesn't he? LOL!
