Well, I apologize for the lengthy hiatus, but I have finally returned to "Ancestress", my tale of the "Took Fairy Wife" and Frodo's and Bilbo's meeting with her in the West. I hope very much not to get so far behind again!

It was a pleasant and warm feeling to realise that, yes, he had accomplished something worthwhile even though he had not done it in the way he had imagined it ought to be done.

FINALLY! Coming to that realization is an accomplishment in itself. He is well and truly healed.

What a sweet memory! And I adore Adamanta's pride in her descendants.

He's well on the way, anyhow! But that particular bit of nastiness is definitely a thing of the past!

She is very proud of her children.

This is sweet. I need to catch up on so many of your fics--especially the ones on Adamanta and Trotter. I think it's also high time I friended you, if that's OK.

I wrote an Adamanta Chubb Took in a role play from the earlier days of LJ, and you might enjoy her icon pic here. (-:

Of course it's OK! I didn't know we weren't, I see your name so much on other peoples comments and stuff!

Goodness! Frodo really takes after Great-grandmother, doesn't he? LOL!

He sure does, and so does Bingo, who was my main character in the game. (-: There were quite a few characters in Middle Earth Sock Puppet Theater running around with Frodolijah's face.
