Why am I posting this?  Well, because I want to win this contest.

But I wouldn't be pimpin' his site to win the contest if I hadn't looked at the site and seen that he really ( Read more... )

Wow, he really is an amazing photographer. I looked through all of his galleries and he's got a very creative style. Thanks for sharing, and good luck with the contest!

His main site was interesting. I liked how he linked the three wedding photos together to make it one.

I absolutely ADORE the photo that is up for grabs in the contest. I have a thing for trees and this one is fabuous!

I wonder how many people will enter the contest and how he finds the folks who participate?

I dunno. The only reason I found it was because he posted in the landscapes community.

I'm honestly not trying to be a Debbie Downer...but I've been to Zion, and I'm just not seeing it in that photo. Honestly I think it looks kinda crappy. =\

What about it is so moving to so many, is there something I'm missing? Should I look at it on high resolution? I ADORE nature photos, and this is one of the rare ones where I'm just going 'meh...really?'

Nah, prolly just a matter of preference.... No worries....

Actually, it probably is a lot cooler to me, living in Florida where I don't get to see stuff like that all the time. And I really do like some of his other pics better, but this one is what he's offering.

Ah okay. I'm on the west coast and while I'm originally from the east, photos of ice and snow and leaves changing colors are things I TOTALLY adore, while friends and family still in the east are like 'uhhh yeah, that's outside our window. Whatever!'
