It sounds like the trip was just what the doctor ordered. You needed that. I am very glad you got to see your family and now have some closure.

It is very hard losing parents.

Thanks for your comment, I agree, it was good to see my family, get a good deal of closure too and most importantly it is hard to accept that both my parents are dead. I get solace knowing that they're together.
