SoCal gets hot in Summertime. Kevin's apartment at the arcade is boiling with the arcade machines running all day. The air conditioner is broken. Alan can barely stand the heat. His shirt clings to his skin and rolling an ice cold soda can on his neck just warms up the soda, and Kevin.

The sight of Alan trying to combat the humidity has a very warming effect on Kevin.

Heat 'em up, cool 'em down, whatevs, Anon whatevs! But if you happen to see the potential for a first-kiss, first-touch, first-time situation (aired by a cool breeze of insecurity and the winds of irrevocably changed friendship) I will love you forever, Anon. ;)

Mm, and an oblivious Alan would make this perfect. Just innocently minding his own business, trying to cool off until Kevin pounceshim abs undoes all his work.

Thank you! That's the fun of limited POV; your chosen character not always accurately aware of what's going on until its too late. Glad you liked the shower sex. I'm still pretty new to actually writing more explicit fic.

LOL! I love how Tron-like Alan is at the end. It's kind of like how Tron was with Yori in the deleted scene. Her rooms all pretty, and Yori has gone all sparkle!cape, and the words out of Tron's mouth was "How do we get to the I.O. tower?" XD

I'm guessing Alan's eyes without his glasses aren't that bad, since he managed to figure out just why Kevin wasn't getting any work done.
