Reposting to follow the anonymity rules, which I found only belatedly (sorry about that, mods -- I hope I'm catching this in time not to cause any angst). I went the pre-villain route, hope OP enjoys!

When Clu imagines his perfect system, Tron is always there.

The world they're creating together isn't an empty one. There are countless programs performing innumerable functions across an expansive grid that could someday go on forever.

The world Clu is meant to create-the system he will shape-encompasses every one of those programs. He watches them, equations in a sprawling midnight of possibilities, and he pulses brighter with the excitement of all that potential.

Some programs don't remember a time before a free system and unrestricted data-before a User named Kevin Flynn stepped onto the grid and changed all the rules. At this point it might even be more accurate to say most of them don't remember. Too many cycles have come and gone, too many old and new programs along with them

He moves without waiting for a response. He barely needs to take a full, single step to put himself where he needs to be-face to face with Tron, so close their noses are nearly touching. That blue thrum of power between them is sharper now, stronger, and Clu raises his hand, palm forward

In a small corner of his consciousness, a point of awareness that's dim and growing dimmer as the rush of energy and touch between them overloads his senses, Clu realizes their bodies have both gone from the usual constant, quiet glow into something far brighter. It's a light so intense it stings even through his eyelids, a mounting explosion that keeps pulsing brighter and hotter

Awww man this was so sweet, which is what I'd originally wanted really. :'D I love the take on how exactly making love would work for programs... Them not knowing what kisses are is adorable and surprisingly in-character. Thank you, kind anon!

It's so hard to get any of the Programs really in character. A lot of people write them as too innocent and childlike, in my opinion. You got it perfect, though! Tron's supposed to be guileless, sincere, but utterly mature and focused. Nice work!
