Families suck. I'm actually loking into the emancipation process because i know for a fact that I could make a case, not that you should do that or that I'll end up doing that. Anyway, to quote my personal sage "You're not wasting your time if you're enjoying what you're doing." It's a good philosophy. Still though it might be nice to get out once in a while. As for your brother put parental blocks on the computer. Most won't interfere with what your doing but can block him off of pron sites. That or lock your door.
