Timeline question

Anyone know when Tron was first installed on the Encom system vs. when Flynn got in? A couple of hours, days, weeks? I can't remember if there's anything specific in the movie itself, and I wouldn't know if it had been mentioned elsewhere.

I'm figuring that one out as well right now. The only indicator we seem to get from the film is what Alan says before he and Lora go to Flynn: "I had Tron almost ready when Dillinger cut off everyone with group 7 access".
My personal estimate of the time between Alan starting his work on the program and Flynn's trip would be 1 to 2 weeks (depends on how quickly Alan was writing Tron).
