"She wasn’t entirely sure how this had happened, how she had managed to orchestrate this, but she was glad she had done so." - I love that bit, almost as thought the before doesn't matter and I imagine, nor does the after. All that she really cares about is the here and now.

Well written, as per and I love the "Oh, wow" from Cassie, can definitely picture her saying that!

Anyway, I'm glad you liked it, especially considering the pairing. I think a lot of what Cassie does is just don't on the here and now. If she has something on her mind, she'll do it and damn the repercussions. It seems like she's so broken that she doesn't realise that what she does isn't just hurting herself, but other people too.

"Oh, wow" does seem to be one of her favourite phrases to use, if she's not sure what else to say and needs to start a conversation, bless her.

Oh wow... to coin Cassie's phrase for a moment. That was hot, in a calm sort of way... like a build-up... like's Michelle's build up.
I have to say that I rather enjoyed Michelle being slapped by Cassie's still damp hand. (Michelle never was a favourite of mine, so seriously... slap the shit out of her whenever you feel the need to do so!)
Oh Cassie, now out to fuck things up with Sid... it's going to be a long night for her with this!

Excellent job though! Again... I love me some Cassie (and lesbian-ness... not to be confused with Lisbon-ness! *winks*)

This is probably the most adult thing I've written, with the exception of things with extreme violence and death in. I don't know, I feel more comfortable killing characters off than writing mature scenes. It's possibly partially to do with the characters and fandoms I've been in before, as well.

I loved Cassie's rage at how everything was going wrong for her, just when she thought it was finally going to go right. She has a strong, vindictive streak, I think and when I saw the prompt I thought it made sense.
