Having lived in NC i've seen this a lot (about all kinds of things). They *know* that thinking it is wrong so they don't show it but it's what's deep down inside....

I agree with your statement.. make everyone civil unions *BUT* the people behind prop 8 are also against domestic partnerships.... *sigh*

A former colleague used to send me god spam now and again, and once she sent me something that was anti-gay. I responded to her that I didn't feel the same way, and asked her not to send me that sort of thing any more. She responded with some of their nonsense about "hating the sin and not the sinner" and I had to correct her. I told her that I don't consider love to be a sin, and that I certainly don't consider homosexuality to be one. I think that's the last time I heard from her. Oh well.
