I was IM'ing with bellaballanda earlier and she asked if I was writing them via US postal mail instead of email "so you know it actually arrives." I giggled and said that they could shred it just as fast as delete an email. But it doesn't surprise me to hear the phone numbers are all redirected. I suspect, being Fox, that they get TONS of complaints.
