The info he gathers he uses to troll to the fullest extent possible so with that being said I'd rather get some permission cause I do want to troll with him but I'd rather not do so unless I get the go-

What are you defining as "information he can use to troll"? Is there an example or something?

Sorrow (spiritofsorrow) is a middle-aged Russian (Soviet) spirit medium who never really frowns, but always manages to seem somber nonetheless. Merry Weather Hargreaves (ms_marycontrary) is the younger half-sister of Cain Hargreaves, who's quite well known in the City, actually. She is also close to the Hargreaves butler Riff. Very, very deep digging might show that Jezebel Disraeli is her and Cain's step-brother as well. She's energetic, cheerful, easy to make friends with, a little bit of a tomboy, and very easily her brother's Achilles' Heel.

Sebastian Michaelis (demonic_romeo) is new, so not much information would be out on him, but he's Earl Ciel Phantomhive's butler. If Hazama somehow accessed Ciel's first post to the City, he would find out that Sebastian is supposedly dead. Try grilling Grell for more info about Sebastian-- he loves to talk about him :'3

Sylar here has been around for a long time, so there's quite a bit of information about him. His real name is Gabriel Gray and after finding out he could steal special abilities (such as telekinesis) from people by opening them up and looking at their brains, he started doing so. He does claim that he's trying to reform and not...y'know, be a homicidal maniac anymore. He has, in fact, claimed this for two years. It seems like most people from his home world didn't exactly believe him.

And to be fair, they have a point. He's killed one Angela Petrelli, which he confessed to on the Network (and he went to jail for it for a short time), and early this year he tortured Faith Lehane, whom he had been in a relationship with for a few months prior. He's now dead and tells people that he prefers the City to his home world. He has severe issues with parents, both his mother and his father. He tends to introduce himself as Gabriel Sylar, now, so there are people who know him by both names. He also runs a watch shop- Sylar Timepiece
