The only show I can think of that has an island and a serial killer was a show called Harper's Island. Except the woman wasn't psychic. Sorry if that doesn't help.

Thankye for replying. I know of Harper's Island but I know that one is not the one she was talking about. It had a supernatural angle to the one she wants the name of. I am kicking myself as I know I saw the show but cannot think of the name.
