Fighting with this character: Go ahead. Be warmed, Izaya always has his knife [a flickblade, not a switchblade] on his person and he is extremely skilled with it. He also excels at parkour, so have fun trying to catch him~
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Sprains, cuts, blood and gore, do it. Scars are fine, as is breaking minor bones [nose, fingers, ribs, etc]. Breaking major bones [spine, leg, etc], dismembering, disemboweling, and other serious injuries that will alter his appearance and/or have long-lasting effects must be discussed first.
Killing this character: Ask first, please. Not sure if I'd do it, but there's always exceptions.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Do it!

Izaya will fuck with your character. He loves to manipulate those around him simply for his own amusement, he lives for mindfuck. He's watched people commit suicide after talking them into going forwards with the act. Izaya is not a nice character. He may be civil, charming, and funny on the outside, but he is inwardly wondering what he can do to you to make you a source for sick, twisted fun. He can and will read your character like a book.
