Yay new chapter! I love the balance you've found here. It's incredibly depressing subject matter but you've done it in a way that doesn't make my heart bleed. Borrowed time, there's nothing like that in the world. Wonderful job. I look forward to more. :)

Really enjoying this fic. It's tough enough for me to try to imagine what the Pete/Anna marriage was like, given the hazy and contradictory info we've been given on the show. You wrote a really nice take on it.
