I could very almost cry right now. Breaks my poor shattered Maddison heart just a little more. But its wonderful, and brilliant. I loved how you got the 'bite' into this. Infact, even though its kind of heart breaking I'm going to go ahead and say this is my favorite of the three. Yay for ignoring canon, and congrats on another brilliant fic.

It took a lot of self-control not to make them just be happy and have their Maddison baby (as it should have happened in canon), but I somehow resisted the urge to go AU.

I just read through all three parts, and damn... nicely done. I really liked the "bite" link between the three parts. That was very clever, and it really worked. I loved the happy stuff because I am a sucker for fluffy Maddison, but this last part killed me. Very realistic and in-character and just heartbreaking.

Oh, the end...so sad to see you come. I really liked the running theme of the "bite"s, it was a fresh take on their mess. I think this section was my favorite cause I'm me and I'm an angst whore. I enjoyed how you addressed her issue with planning, because I honestly thinks she fits that role so well and Mark knowing he doesn't want to be a father cause heaven only knows that it wasn't all hugs and presents.

This was my favorite because as I watched her through 2&3, I really though she believed this, "Adulterous Whores don’t get happy endings, after all." Oh, guilt complexes.

Thank you! I think Addison is a control freak who's lost control over almost everything in the past year, so I'm really glad the planning thing didn't seem out of character :)

And may I just say reading you like this fills me with happiness and glee? Because you rock at fanfics in general and Maddison in particular. Big time. &hearts

I've officially decided she's a planner, she doesn't seem the type to enjoy things that are out of her immediate control or things that fuck up what she already has going on.

I had a, "Who me?" moment and almost looked behind myself. I actually, though I hate most of my work, think that Maddison is my weakest area so thank you, really...cause there are a lot better out there than me so...you fill me with happiness and glee.

I need to update that mother lovin' fic soon. Time has come. :)

And there are actually tears in my eyes, and I considered just stopping when Addison and Savvy talked and she wasn't sure she wanted an abortion, but I continued and my Maddison heart broke in half. I love Addison's plans. They're just so very her, and I had an awe-moment when she fell asleep on the toilet, poor tired, worried Addison. Brilliantly written and heartbreaking. Stupid Shonda. They had so much potential!

Any chance there will be a happier Maddison fic soon?

Wow, thank you! It was really hard not to let my Maddison heart take over and make them be happy. I blame Shonda for sinking the Maddison ship, they definitely had lots of potential and hotness!

A happy Maddison idea popped into my head today, and if it keeps bugging me I may have to give it a go. Writing this part really made me crave some fluffy Maddison :D

this was the saddest part of the Bite series :( i want to cry too. but so excellently done, and not so different from what could have been on canon, actually. control freak addison and emotionally dysfunctional mark were much in character. as much as i loved how you wrote this, this is that part of their story that always haunts me because, there would have been that baby, and maybe it would have changed things. just maybe. great job, i hope you write other Maddison prompts in the future. i would definitely read :)

Thank you, I'm really glad you liked it :) I hate they way things happened in canon, because I think they deserved a real chance, but I guess Shonda didn't agree. I'm glad you thought they were in character, and I'm definitely going to write more Maddison. They're addictive :D
