Just got back from the doctor's office.  I've been prescribed bed rest for the remainder of the week.  ...and codeine cough syrup.  Too bad I don't have the money on-hand to get the prescription tonight...

I get to call my boss in the morning to say "The doctor told me to rest for the rest of the week, but I'm coming in today to get my paycheck."
