i know i probably shouldn't have been so stupid but when the page is telling me that I am not going to get charged until i confirm it that i want to subscribe fully, it annoys me. have i been stolen from? who knows! all i know is im fucking pissed off right now. so i wrote them this

Check in the terms, it might have required you to cancel your subscription with them in order that they didn't charge you. :/

And this is why downloading music legally is bad...because the people selling it are still thieves....at least when you download for free it's only the music stolen from rich bastard record company folk.

Sorry dude...I don't think you'll get any money back from them unless you say this was misleading. Basically unless you cancelled your card details before the trial ran out they would be well within their legal right to take your money as they would justify it by saying since you hadn't cancelled you'd subscribed to them. :(

I'm no lawyer but I'm pretty sure that's how it works and that's how they end up scamming innocent people out of their money as people forget/don't know that they have to cancel *hugs*

yeh no i know that theres a slim chance, i have unsubscribed, but when i went to my page just a second a go it had a huge link saying, "get a full subscription now" now that implies to me that i should have activated something to start getting charged. i only looked at the website once!!! oh well, its worth a try though, but i mean £50 at christmas time, would be uber helpful. anything in particular u want for xmas babe?
