Hugs to daemons_goddess

I've nearly finished the blanket I have been crocheting its taken me a while but I am just on the sewing up part, I am wondering whether to put some little flowers on it make it a bit more girly...

I might post a pic when its done... then again  I might now lol depends how it looks
 

Had a great trip, had some good weather too, a couple of days there was some drizzle and the same days were overcast, but we had sun too and SNOW! lol well up Grouse Mountain.

It's a lovely place, but I hate to say it I do prefer the US.... I dont know why because Canada seems very americanised... but I don't  know I just love the US

I spent all day yesterday in the hospital with my friend Brenda, god they keep you hanging around a long time what a bore, good news is they didn't keep her in bad news is they think her kidneys are not functioning properly so she is going to be having quite a few tests

we were there 8 hours

only 2 weeks on thursday till I go to Canada on the 13/3

My friend Louann was diagnosed with breast cancer 5 years ago, I was there with her when she had the surgery, it was a horrible time,

but she just had her latest checkup and is free and clear, and only has to visit her oncologist once a year from now on

how brilliant is that

I am so happy for my brave friend
