So, my plan this week was to do 5 miles on Sunday, Monday off, and 3 miles Tu-Sat. So, I did the 5 on Sunday, but my knees have been so sore, I've had to modify a bit. Monday off, Tuesday 3 (very uncomfortable), Wednesday off, Thursday 2.5 miles, Friday 1.5 miles (but I did it in progressively faster speeds, so kind of an interval workout).
