I found out today that I did not get the job I interviewed for last week. I'm both disappointed and, not exactly relieved, but okay with it. Disappointed because I think the office environment would have been a good fit for me, I know I could do the job and do it well, and the money was not bad. Okay because dear god, the commute

I'm sorry to hear about the job, but glad to hear about other things. Their loss. And that commute was a killer. There must be something better out there waiting for you, and I can't wait to see what it is.

Thank you! You're right about the commute, too. I was trying to talk myself into believing that it wouldn't be too horrible, but I never quite managed it. Ick. I'm hoping to just slog through the studying, get my license, and have a massage therapy job soon. That would be wonderful.
