It has been over a year since I've baked. A year! A year since I've had home made cookies or bread in the oven. How have I let this happen? This is just not right ( Read more... )

I havent baked in ages.

The wife says it is too fattening. :-(

I've decided that I just don't care if it's fattening. I'd rather be happy than thin due to baked goods deprivation. ;)

I like baking, but hardly ever get around to it, unfortunately. I do bake strawberry pie almost every day during strawberry season, though.

I'm not very good with pastry, so I don't have much experience with pies. A strawberry pie sounds lovely, though. Maybe I should give that a try.
