Last summer, matociquala wrote a post about low-carb (& gluten free) brownies and I was intrigued. We try and eat low carb in our household due to the husband's insulin resistance potential and type 2 diabetes in the family as well as the fact that when my blood sugar dips or spikes I am told I am the devil. >_>
