My hubby D has been off work this week with a chest infection and a touch of pneumonia, he was given meds to clear it up but they didn't seem to be helping that much. Today he had to go back to the doc's for a check-up and was in the surgery for ages. He has now been given a home nebulizer and told to up the steroid medication he was given as the

All good advice darlin , and it might be worth trying Multibionta and Echinacea tabs ..was reading that Vitami D is sometimes given with the steroids used for asthma as it makes them work better .

Oh yes forgot the Echinacea. I take it in liquid form once a day when I get the sniffles if i get anything worse I up the dosage to three times a day. same with Zinc as thats good for the immune system.
