Warning: None in particular... but this is sort of like a sequel to "Balut".
After the Balut incident, Arthur and Alfred made a smart decision to steer clear of Philippines' house. (As if the two of them were any good at cooking...)
Which was why America was terrified when the brunette nation suddenly appeared on his doorstep.
With a package of food in hand.
"Why are you looking at me like that, Kuya?" her mouth twisted into an uncharacteristic frown. "Even after I came to visit you... I even brought you the adobo you liked, Kuya... Ang sama mo naman."
America's eyes instantly softened. So Philippines actually came to give him food, huh... For some reason, that made him feel all warm and fuzzy inside, but he still did'nt know why the Asian girl was visiting him. It wasn't like her to visit on a whim, after all.
"Oh, it's my boss, you see." she grinned while reheating the adobo in America's microwave. "She wanted to see your new boss. She told me I could visit you, so I came along."
After a few minutes, the adobo was completely reheated. Philippines served it over rice-Alftred was getting used to it.
They spent their time talking about the world. About the death of Philippines' favorite boss. About the fact that England was so traumatized by the Balut incident that he gags at the mere sight of a boiled egg.
After talking (and eating) some more, Alfred offered to walk Philippines back to the hotel she was temporarily staying in. She agreed.
The next day, news spread, that Philippines' boss had a million-dollar dinner in a resturant near Alfred's house.
