I'm betting that this isn't as simple as pneumonia or pleuresy.. but does it have something to do with the spirit or whatever that Dean saw in the ambulance??? Hmmm. We got so little of Dean's PTSD in the show, I always love fics that go there, and I'm really enjoying the sublte way that you are weaving it in here. I also like where you've placed this and the interplay of the boys' relationship at that point. Dean trying to be strong and Sam still trying to take control. Can't wait for more! Yes. I'm greedy...
