Sometimes I forgot that people haven't been friends with my friends as long as I have and are upset or horrified by things that they do and I'm just sitting there eating cake or making tea or trying to sleep through it

It's fine. I think. My friend invited her boyfriend on an all girls weekend and out mutual friend is pissed. I'm not surprised by the behavior because she does this shit to me all the time.
