So today is Yom Kippur.  I was upder the impression that this was the most depressing Jewish holiday--the day of atonement.  But what the hell is that?  I decided to look it up:

This weekend my parents came down from Bloomsburg to visit for the weekend.  They had hoped to be able to come see a soccer game but mother nature was not cooperating.  They did get to come over to Snakehead Manor for a nice dinner.  All the roommates were there, and everything was going pretty smooth until Sean John started joking about abortions ( Read more... )

So here's my quick post:

My parents are coming to town this weekend which should be really nice.  My mom is bringing some of her banana bread! Mmmm.  That's bananas!  Hopefully the weather will hold out so we can walk around and also play soccer on Sunday.  My parents are the Bugs #1 fans.  They come from 4 hours away to see us!  That's all for now ( Read more... )

I'm angry because I had a staff meeting during my lunch hour which was completely pointless, and my boss talked for the entire hour! As a sign of progress, I was able to remain awake for the whole meeting. It could have just been that I was fueled by hideous ( Read more... )
