Heads up that until 2012 (tomorrow... haha, great advance notice from me), DW is holding a special where you get %10 of all "points" you buy back, if you're fairly confident we're going to move and you want to buy people paid accounts when we do ( ... )

Have you doublechecked your version of LJ juggler? It's working just fine for me on DW... I'm using 3.1.0.

I use Firefox with Login at home, but I'll give Juggler a shot at work tonight since I use Chrome there. Might just be as simple as swapping out browsers. Thanks!

+1 for not reading! I prefer Chrome to Firefox to begin with, so that might do it. IDK how to fix LJLogin (have you tried deleting and reinstalling? FF seems to like that) but otherwise Juggler does work. Yup yup yup. I'll be over here in my dunce corner.

In terms of functionality, there's also been access and comment issues dating back to before the rollout. I know the site periodically crashes for me, when it seems to be up for everyone else. It's only LJ, and it only happens on my home network. IDGI.

Also, Jackie hasn't gotten comments in what seems like years. She contacted LJ, got the brush off, contacted her ISP and it turns out LJ just.. isn't sending them to some users. Again, what?

As long as we're sharing, in Chrome I have an intermittent issue where pages will just quit loading with a blank white page. Non-customized comment pages were the only thing that seemed to be immune, but after release 88 they're just as unreliable.

Also, let's see if the icon picker still can't handle multiple keywords!

hi! I wanted to suggest/say afew more things

Dreamwidth has some functions that aren't as good/Dreamwidth is different from LJ:

I think that if we decide to move DDD we could create their own paidaccountfairy/enlightened post to help out the layers in the game. We do something similar when we gif people using the anonysanta stuff :3

Too bad about the memory import thing, yeah! I don't personally use memories very often, mostly because I frequently forget the feature exists, but Idgie pointed that out yesterday. There is a community where you can suggest new features or tweaks to old ones here so if it hasn't been suggested yet, it might be a good idea to put in a ticket for that. It may be possible to add memories quite easily to the import option and then you could do that import once the feature's added ( ... )

I think someone else already suggested, it would be nice if they manage to fix that.

Ey, I'm sure that if CFUD can import more than 5 years of rp and over 20 comm accounts we will be able to do it too XD eventually. I personally don't mind waiting if that means it will be done right.

Definitely. I have no doubt we'll be able to do it XD It's just a question of when, because of server availability and so many games needing to move. But the point is, we don't need to wait to move, we can just go, which is fantastic!

Yeah, I'm in that game, lmao.

I voted "yes, but I'll stay with the game," but I have to say that if we stay on livejournal my activity will probably get even worse and I'll have to drop some characters. In addition to my issues with LJ, both of my other games have already moved or begun the process, so I anticipate I'll be rather DW-focused in the future.
