First of all, since it's been eight months since I last posted about it, I just want to remind people that Prim's OOC contact/info post also serves as a permissions post for people who would rather avoid the more odious aspects of her canon (war, violence, child endangerment, etc.). Anything extreme posted to the IC comm or her journal will be cut
