Due to LJ's lengthy downtime towards the end of this month, we've decided to change up AC a little bit. The check will not be running from August 1-7, as previously announced-- instead, it'll be running from September 1-7, and will encompass the months of June, July, and August. Actually I do have one question.

Since usually the next AC would cover August and September, will it still cover August or will it just cover September and 20 comments for that whole month? Or am I just overthinking it? ^^;

The next one won't be until November; we'll skip two months like we usually do. So next AC will cover June, July, or August, then the one after that will be held from November 1-7 and will cover September and October, and on.

I'm not quite sure what you mean here-- are you asking if the hiatus limit will be temporarily extended to four months instead of three? If so, no, hiatus limits stay the same.

If they're on hiatus during the AC period, then yes. That'll be the same as it always is.
