[And off Rei goes, though despite his apparent flippant attitude, his guard is up and he's ready to react to anything that might jump out at them. The rusted tools and the roses make him slightly wary, something like that's an easy means to create a Yin Gate if what he thinks happened did, but he doubted they were on his world in the first place, so that was a moot point.]
I suppose we should just go down the hall, then...
[Even if those eyeless portraits make her shiver just a little. Butterfly has no problem believing in ghosts, at least in a general sense - after all, one of her acquaintances on the community is a vampire...]
[Hector goes over to the door way where he sent the fairy through. He wasn't so concern about the rose bush, but the portraits was something else. It made him wonder what happened to the former occupants of the house.]
[Rei's not even paying attention to them - it's more getting a feel for the place and anything that might pop out. Definitely uneasy, but he's not going to let that get the best of him, hell, he's been trough worse.
Though he does tense slightly when they move along and into the workroom.]
[Butterfly prods at one of them cautiously. Nope, feels like an ordinary, if moth-eaten, mannequin. Certainly nothing that would be at all inclined to move about.]
I do not think whoever made these clothes was very good at their job. This coat has an extra sleeve.
[Hector looks around the room cautiously. That fairy devil he sent out earlier? Well, its back and it goes to sit on his shoulder, eying the mannequins.]
Something is not right about these mannequins. Fortunately they aren't attacking us.
[Rei snorts, lifting a sleeve with the blade of one of his swords. He turns with a shake of the head, but suddenly turns back, sword up and at one of the Mannequin's throat. Did that thing just move. B|]
[Butterfly jumps a bit, more from Rei's sudden movement than the mannequin's possible one. After a moment for her heartbeat to even out, she shakes her head.]
Ah... I do not think this will be the way out. This room is making all of us far too jumpy; perhaps it would be better to look elsewhere. Preferably after locking the door from the outside.
I do not see anything that will help us out of here, anyway...
[Hector goes for the door, and hey, there is a mannequin just outside it that wasn't there before. Which of course takes him by surprise and he draws and slashes his sword at it quickly, cutting it open. Whatever fluffy filling is used to stuff the mannequin is coming out of the cut, nothing unusual. Wait, what's that red stuff dripping out of it?]
[... that's definitely not a good sign. B| MOVING ALONG, NOTHING TO SEE HERE. He shakes his head, masquerading a quick whisper to Silva on his glove as a small yawn:]

[She glances behind her as she turns to leave. That one living rosebush is still worrying her...]

[The fairy devil he released still hasn't returned yet. He can still sense it at least, so he isn't too worried.]

Probably a dumb question to ask, but anything?
Nothing. Not even a trace of Horrors in the area.

[But after a few moments, Butterfly's head snaps up abruptly and she looks around.]
... Did either of you hear that?

It sounded like it came from upstairs.

Wait. That did sound like a scream upstairs.]
You think we should head up?
