I posed a challenge recently on the "KP/Haven" [as usual] and wrote a cookie in an attempt to get it going. Didn't work, but I still like the writing. Written on Dec 09, 2008.

I've read all of these 'cookies' that you've posted and ... damn, Asher, I like your writing style! I can't make any comments on characterisation, because... well, I don't know the characters, but you have a good way of evoking emotion from a reader, even with just snippets.
