I stumbled across this completely by accident - I don't really read HP fic, let alone Marauder-era HP fic. I have kind of a soft spot for genderswap, though, so I gave this a go and god, am I glad I did. This was so gorgeous and wonderful and amazingly-written and the last line, oh god the last line, it's so beautiful and sad and hopeful I love it, I love it so much. You make me want all the girl!Marauder fic in the world, seriously.
