“Wataru?” Nobori Taiga called as he walked into the Kurenai home. The house was strangely quiet, and he could smell the faint scent of roses. “Wataru, are you here?” Taiga had come to the house of his lover and his half brother, Kurenai Wataru. Wataru had left a cryptic message at the D&P office regarding a surprise and Taiga had dropped by to see what he was talking about.
He was now wondering what Wataru was up to. “Wataru?” He called.
He then decided to follow the scent of roses and it lead him straight to the bathroom. There was a note taped to the door.
Thought you might like a nice hot bath after a hard day of work. Feel free to let yourself in and relax. I’ll be home soon and we can have dinner.
-Wataru
Taiga chuckled, undressed and pushed open the bathroom door to reveal the scent of roses and vanilla. He was surprised to find the bathtub covered in rose petals and he chuckled. It was kind of romantic… even for his young violinist.
Undressing and tossing his clothes into the hamper, glove included, Taiga sank into the warm bath. It was clear why Wataru loved baths. The water felt perfect and he felt his worries just wash away. Closing his eyes, he rested his head against the wall and relaxed.
Suddenly, he felt something brush against his legs. He thought nothing of it, at first… at least until he felt the water shift a little. He looked up for a brief second and then, he relaxed once again.
That’s when he felt a body settle down on top of him. He nearly screamed… at least until he opened his eyes and saw the form of a very wet, very eager and very handsome Kurenai Wataru rise from the water. Wataru ran one of his hands up Taiga’s chest and smiled.
“Enjoying the bath?” Wataru asked.
Once Taiga’s heart stopped thundering, he actually smiled. “Wataru-kun!”
“I take it you’re all nice and relaxed.” Wataru’s body came to rest on top of Taiga’s, longer, leaner one and he chuckled. “Unless, the tension is rising.”
“I should really put a muzzle on Tatsulot.” Taiga remarked, picking some rose petals off Wataru’s head. “He talks far too much for his own good.”
“Welcome home…” Wataru kissed Taiga softly, running his long fingers along Taiga’s body. “Nii-san…”
The kiss was a sweet one, but it had a touch of sensuality to it and Taiga ran his hand lazily over Wataru’s back, flicking off rose petals from the pale skin as he went. If he was relaxed before, he was putty in Wataru’s hands now.
“You look so beautiful covered in rose petals.” Taiga remarked as Wataru pulled away. I should have someone paint your picture like this.”
“Maybe another time.” Wataru smiled, sprinkling red rose petals over Taiga, laughing softly. “Right now, this is only for your eyes.”
“And what a sight it is.” Taiga sighed softly as they kissed again, Wataru managing to pull Taiga on top of him, causing water to slosh about a bit in the large tub.
Taiga suddenly sank into the water, slowly sliding the hand that bore his King marking on it, up Wataru’s chest, marveling at how silky the skin was and how fragrant it seemed. It was probably the bath oils.
Slowly, Taiga trailed kisses up Wataru’s chest, playfully blowing rose petals around. When he reached the area just above Wataru’s gentle heart, he placed another kiss there. “This may hurt just a bit.”
Before Wataru asked what he was about to do, Taiga bore his fangs and bit down.
Wataru gasped, body arching up as Taiga drank. It had been a long day and he was absolutely starving. He eagerly lapped up Wataru’s unique blood composition, allowing it to nourish him and feed him just as Wataru’s love and gentle affection nourished his starving, lonely soul.
Carefully, he pulled his fangs out, licking the wounds gently to help them heal. “My darling…” He murmured, licking the blood off his lips.
“My love…” Wataru touched Taiga’s face and leaned forward for them to share a warm kiss and Wataru licked his blood off Taiga’s lips. “…You missed a spot or two…” Another kiss. “…Or three.”
Taiga chuckled. “You are far too kind to me, Wataru. You fix me meals, you run baths for me, you share your home with me…”
“It’s the least I can do for you.” Wataru replied as they relaxed into the tub, sticky with rose petals and smelling of vanilla. “You give me love and companionship… things I never thought I would have. I just… I want to repay you.”
“You never have to repay me for a thing.” Taiga kissed Wataru again. “You love me and I love you. That is all I need.”
Wataru smiled as he ran his finger along Taiga’s chest, content to just let the water wash the world away. “That’s good… because that’s all I need, too.”
