Battle 4: Preliminaries - Filter

This week your icon must use at least one visible effect feature from the Effects/Filter menu in your Photoshop or Paintshop. You can blur it, texturize it, distort it- do whatever you want as long as the result is visible. :3

Remember the Following:
-You must be a member to participate
-Icons must be no larger than 100x100 and 40kb.
-Do not use fanart or doujinshi- only official media can be used
-All icons must be completely your own - no bases or stealing. Brushes/textures/etc. from others are allowed.
-Icons should be made recently.
-Do not display/advertise your icon until after voting has closed & do not compromise your identity to garner more votes!
Icons will be due January 17th. Sign Ups are still open if you would like to join in, that will close on the 17th as well. We need at least 10 people to sign up and submit for this round to continue.
